Payment Methods Accepted by UCSourcing

1. Wire Transfer From All Countries
Wire transfer is the most commonly used method in international trade and has the lowest transaction fee (typically $20 to $40 depending on the bank for any USD amount).
You can make a wire transfer through local banks or use online services like Veem (around $20 fee) or Wise ($10–$30 fees). Please note we only accept USD payments.

2. Payoneer
Payoneer is widely used by Amazon sellers for collecting payments and paying suppliers. If you already have a Payoneer account with available balance, you can directly pay to our UCSourcing Payoneer account.
Payoneer charges $0 fee when you pay us using your account balance. However, if you choose other Payoneer payment methods, there is an additional 0.5% fee when using your Payoneer balance and 3% fee if you use other payment options. These fees are charged by Payoneer on our side.
For payments under $10,000, Payoneer is typically more cost-effective than wire transfers.

3. PayPal Payment (Credit Card Accepted)
We accept PayPal mainly for sample orders. Your UCSourcing agent will create a PayPal invoice and send you the payment link, or you can directly pay to our PayPal account.
For bulk orders via PayPal, please confirm with your UCSourcing agent first. PayPal charges an additional 5% fee for large orders, which is their platform fee.

4. Alibaba Trade Assurance
To provide more flexible payment options, UCSourcing is an Alibaba Gold Supplier and supports payments via Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Your UCSourcing agent will help you create a Trade Assurance order on Alibaba after you provide your Alibaba account email. Your agent will also guide you through the payment process.
Please note that Alibaba charges an additional 2% fee on our side for each payment. Also, payments via Trade Assurance must be under $5,000 per transaction or split into multiple payments.
