Full-Service Sourcing Model

Ucsourcing helps you find the most reliable suppliers in China, get accurate quotations, and receive tailored manufacturing solutions — all at no cost.

Once you’re satisfied with the pricing and sample quality, simply place your order. We’ll take care of the entire process, including mass production, quality inspection, and door-to-door shipping.

At Ucsourcing, we guarantee product quality. If any issues arise, we offer free replacements or compensation to ensure your satisfaction.

Service Fee: $0. All expenses are already included in the product’s unit price.

Supplier Support Model

If you prefer to work with your own suppliers in China, Ucsourcing can partner with them to ensure your products are manufactured to your exact specifications.

Once your suppliers deliver the goods to our warehouse, we’ll handle quality inspections and manage door-to-door shipping to your destination.

Service Fee: 5% of the product value, with a minimum charge of $100.

How to use our service

Step 1: Submit an inquiry — our customer support team will connect you with a dedicated sourcing agent.

Step 2:Receive a free quote from Ucsourcing and compare it with any existing offers from your current suppliers.

Step 3: We consolidate supplier resources, send you product samples, and keep you updated throughout the production process.

Step 4:Once production is complete, we carry out detailed quality inspections at our warehouse and arrange reliable shipping to your door.

What’s the main difference between the Full-Service Sourcing Model and Supplier Support Model?

With the Full-Service Sourcing Model, you purchase directly from Ucsourcing’s verified supplier network. We ensure product quality and provide compensation in case of any quality issues. With the Supplier Support Model, you work with your own suppliers. Ucsourcing will assist in communicating and negotiating with them, but any final losses due to quality problems will be your or your supplier’s responsibility.

Can I use both plans at the same time?

Yes, you can. If you're sourcing multiple products, feel free to create a Supplier Support Model order for items from your own suppliers and a Full-Service Sourcing Model order for those sourced through Ucsourcing’s network.

How is the service fee calculated for low-value or mixed orders?

For the Supplier Support Model, a minimum service fee of $100 applies. For both plans, each product should ideally meet a minimum purchase value of $500. This is calculated as an average — for example, if your total order is $2,000 across four products, no extra fees apply. However, if the average falls below $500 due to low-value items, we charge a $25 handling fee per product for those that don’t meet the threshold.

Will you share supplier information under the Full-Service Sourcing Model?

In most cases, supplier details are not disclosed. However, Ucsourcing supports clients in arranging on-site factory visits or inspections upon request.

How do you conduct quality inspections?

We offer free quality inspections by default, based on the AQL 2.5 standard, even for reworked goods. For stricter requirements, we can provide higher sampling ratios or full inspections, which are charged separately depending on your needs.

How much do you charge for product photography?

Product photography services start at $3 per image, including white background and lifestyle options.
